Stocking up

When you go shopping to stock up your pantry you will notice the stores put different color tags on the sale or clearance items.
But not all tags or sales are at a stock up price.
For instance, the Special K cereal is a stock up price.
But I went to Fredmeyer I had not looked at the ad yet, but it should be good they are having a stuff the cart sale right. Well I took a bunch of photos to prove my point .04c - .20 off is not a stock up price unless it is off a item under a dollar.
Look at the prices below. It really did not matter what item it was it had an orange tag with not very much off.
My point pay attention do not just assume it is a good deal because it has a sale tag.
Not everyone will need this information but I am posting it because I watched a lady buy 10 of an item because it was a sale with a tag and .10c off
